WATERBURY, VT – The Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department would like to hear your opinion about northern pike fishing regulations on Lake Champlain.

Northern pike are one of the most popular sport fish sought by Vermont anglers in the open water and ice fishing seasons on the big lake.

Currently, Vermont’s Lake Champlain northern pike fishing regulations include no closed season, a daily limit of five fish and a minimum length of 20 inches.

If you have an interest in Lake Champlain s northern pike regulations, go to vtfishandwildlife.com and fill out the online survey.

A summary of survey results will be posted on the department s website by September 1.
