Do you enjoy watching birds? Join us for relaxing Saturday morning walks in search of local birds at the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP’s) Kellogg Environmental Center. Experience the joy of observing birds in the wild, sharpen your bird identification skills, or just enjoy a Saturday morning hike through the grounds of the Kellogg Environmental Center and Osbornedale State Park.
Schedule of bird walks:
September 27, 8:30 a.m.
October 11, 8:30 a.m.
November 15, 9:00 a.m.
December 6, 9:00 a.m.
Walks may last up to 2 hours, depending on conditions. Please meet in the parking lot of the Kellogg Environmental Center, 500 Hawthorne Avenue, Derby, CT. All levels of birders are encouraged to participate.
