Portion of North Central State Trail Reopens in MichiganThe Department of Natural Resources today announced the trail repair project on the North Central State Trail (NCST) along the west side of Mullett Lake in Cheboygan County has been completed and the trail was reopened Saturday, Dec. 20.

A detour around the repair site, which is located just south of the Polish Line Road and Mullett Lake Road intersection, will be removed and users will be able to once again travel down the trail corridor.

The NCST is mainly used as a snowmobile trail this time of year. This project is funded from a grant provided by the Recreation Improvement Fund.
