FLW Live Reel Chat with Brent Ehrler coming March 19

In an ongoing effort to provide as much interaction between world-class anglers and fishing fans as possible, FLWOutdoors.com has announced the 66th installment of FLW Live Reel Chat. On Tuesday, March 19 at 2 p.m. Central time (3 p.m. ET), visitors to FLWOutdoors.com will be able to correspond directly with FLW Tour pro Brent Ehrler of Redlands, Calif., the winner of the 2013 FLW Tour event on Lewis Smith Lake, in a special live chat-room format.

With over $2 million in career FLW earnings, Ehrler recently netted his fourth FLW Tour title with an impressive win on Lewis Smith Lake. Ehrler now boasts four Tour-level victories since 2010 including: Smith Lake, Lake Hartwell, Table Rock Lake and Lake Ouachita. In addition, Ehrler also claimed a Forrest Wood Cup title in 2006 on Logan Martin Lake as well as the EverStart Championship on Lake Cumberland in 2004. With two additional FLW Series wins to his credit – 2009 on Lake Havasu and 2010 on Lake Shasta – Ehrler is arguably one of the top three anglers in the nation. The California native, who currently leads the 2013 FLW Tour Angler of the Year standings race, has turned in an astounding 31 top-10 finishes since he began his FLW career back in 2003.

Chat directly with Ehrler

Participation in the upcoming chat is simple. At the start of the next live chat on March 19, visitors can log on at 2 p.m. Central time and interact directly with Ehrler or simply watch the chat unfold online. As always, FLW fishing fans may begin submitting questions immediately.

During the chat fishing fans will be able to ask Ehrler about his recent victory on Lewis Smith Lake, the importance of this season’s AOY race, pose tips-and-technique questions or ask anything else that comes to mind. Again, visitors to FLWOutdoors.com are able to log on and submit questions in advance of the scheduled chat in order to have the first shot at getting their questions answered. It’s also a great way to participate if you’re unable to make the March 19 live chat. However, for those who miss the chat entirely, a transcript of the event will be posted to the site in article form immediately following its conclusion.

In addition, fishing fans who missed out on any previous FLW Live Reel Chats can find links to their full transcripts here.

FLWOutdoors.com will offer the FLW Live Reel Chat format continually, with regularly scheduled chats occurring after each FLW Tour event. Also, additional chats will be added throughout each month as anglers or fishing celebrities become available.
