Spring Hunt Regulations Available at

The spring 2004 hunting regulations will be available at sporting goods stores and other license dealers by the weekend of Sept. 13-14 but are now available online 24-hours a day at

The spring application deadline is 7 p.m. MST Oct. 14. You can read the regulations and even apply online at

“Although the deadline is Oct. 14, we recommend that hunters who are filling out applications by hand turn them in by Oct. 3,” says Arizona Game and Fish Department spokesman Rory Aikens. “This earlier date allows our staff to check the application to ensure there are no errors and, if they do find a problem, they can contact the applicant and make the corrections.”

Applying online has become increasingly popular. “Applying online is basically foolproof,” says Aikens. “If you miss a required field of information or do something incorrectly, the computer won’t let you advance until the problem has been corrected.”
