California Department of Fish and Game Signs Coachella Valley NCCP Permit

The Department of Fish and Game (DFG) signed the permit for the Coachella Valley Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan (NCCP) on Sept. 9.
